The pool access room provided an amazing experience, with direct entry to the pool right from our balcony, making relaxation convenient and enjoyable.

While the breakfast buffet featured a decent spread, it lacked variety in hot options, with the same items available daily which could be monotonous for longer stays.

The service was good, no complaints whatsoever, it was just what we needed. The hotel had absolutely perfect location very close to beach shop's bars and restaurants as well as the shops.

Stylish hotel, central location close to the shops and restaurants, good staff, superb bar area. Located in the centre of the city. Near the gardens as well as Near to the Kata / Karon. Soft bed in the double room, plus an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and air conditioner. Excellent services, nice bathroom...

The Aurico Kata Resort & Spa, Sha Extra Plus is a modern hotel with excellent facilities, including a fantastic main pool and spacious, clean rooms. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast with a great variety of dishes. The pool access room I stayed in provided direct access to the pool. The staff was generally helpful and the environment felt cute.

Some inconsiderate guests disturbed the peace.

Had a great time at Aurico! The pool area is amazing, with a fun swim-up bar. Breakfast was delicious, especially that cheesy spinach bake. A couple of hiccups with the Wi-Fi and room cleaning, but overall, a wonderful stay! Would definitely return.

The pool area is lovely and ideal for relaxation.

While the hotel has potential, unfortunately, it feels neglected. My room, though initially appealing, showed signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, which lacked cleanliness and adequate amenities. The hotel's location, while seeming upscale, felt out of place amidst cheaper local options, made me question the value of the on-site facilities.

I couldn't get enough of the beautiful pool access room, which allowed me to jump directly into the pool from my balcony! The breakfast spread was really good, with both Asian and Western dishes, with freshly made omelets that were a good start to mornings. The gym was great, equipped with a variety of machines that allowed me to maintain my workout routine even while on vacation.

Just a fine choice for a flying visit in Kata Beach with high value for money. The breakfast omelets were excellent and made my mornings enjoyable. Make sure to explore the Red Restaurant nearby for great meals.

The pool area is fantastic, equipped with relaxing pool rings that make lounging enjoyable. The kids' section in the pool is perfect for families, allowing parents to relax while children play. Staff members are genuinely kind, always ready to assist . The view from our room overlooking the pool was lovely.

There are concerns about the staff's limited English proficiency, affecting communication, and the presence of rats near the pool is quite concerning. While the location is convenient for local amenities, these drawbacks hinder an otherwise pleasant stay.
